REGISTRATION:

In order to purchasing listing plans, obtain advertisement packages, discount deals / coupons or any other purchase related to your listing and marketing your listing you need to register your details with us. On registration, you will be required to either provide your full name, email address, password, and phone number (the “Registration Credentials”). You must ensure that your Registration Credentials are accurate, truthful and updated. We reserve the right to block the creation of your Account based on our inability to confirm the authenticity of your Registration Credentials.

User Content does not necessarily reflect the opinion of Gofrogi. We reserve the right to remove, screen, edit, or reinstate User Content from time to time at our sole discretion for any reason or no reason, and without notice to you.

 

THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS: 

Gofrogi is not a travel agency and does not provide any physical services such as transportation services, accommodations, Saloon services, Food etc. Although Gofrogi displays information about third-party services owned by third-party suppliers and facilitates reservations with certain suppliers on Instant Booking and affiliate sites, such actions do not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute Gofrogi’s sponsorship or approval of third-party suppliers, or any affiliation between Gofrogi and third-party suppliers. Although Gofrogi members may rate and review particular properties based on their own experiences, Gofrogi does not endorse or recommend the products or services of any third-party suppliers. You agree that Gofrogi is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of information it obtains from third-party suppliers and displays on its sites or apps.
