Founded by Steven Chan and Ruksher Malik in 2004, the first branch of Pastels Salon opened its doors in the Oasis Centre. Despite facing adversity with a fire incident, the salon thrived and eventually relocated to a villa on Al Wasl Road. Over the years, Pastels Salon expanded its footprint with branches in prestigious locations such as the Ritz Carlton Dubai Marina and Mercato Mall.

In 2012, the flagship Al Wasl branch underwent a major transformation, moving to a spacious villa equipped with state-of-the-art styling areas and treatment rooms, along with dedicated client parking. This move reflected Pastels Salon's commitment to providing top-notch service in a luxurious setting.

Renowned for its innovative hairstyling, Pastels Salon has garnered attention from both local and international fashion communities. The salon's artistic team showcases their expertise through pioneering in-house photo shoots, often featured in elite publications and fashion shows.
