About PRO Tennis Academy Indoor Tennis Courts
The story of PRO Tennis Academy begins with its founder and CEO, Zohair Raza, whose passion for tennis has shaped the academy from the very beginning. In his early twenties, Zohair was already building a successful professional tennis career. Over more than 15 years, his dedication to the sport took him across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, where he trained and competed at an international level and achieved a Top 5 ranking in Asia. However, a shoulder injury eventually brought his professional playing career to a turning point and encouraged him to explore a new way of staying connected to the sport he loved.
Coaching quickly became the natural next step. After completing his first professional coaching qualification, Zohair began working with children, adults, aspiring players, and competitive athletes. His experience as a professional player gave him a practical understanding of the technical, physical, and mental aspects of tennis, allowing him to create training programmes focused on developing skills, confidence, fitness, and a genuine love for the game.
The Beginning of PRO Tennis Academy
In 2020, PRO Tennis Academy was officially established as a dedicated tennis training academy, with the goal of making quality coaching more accessible to players of different ages and abilities. As the academy grew, players wanted more than individual sessions—they wanted a structured approach that would allow them to continue developing their skills both on and off the court.
Recognising this demand, Zohair developed a comprehensive coaching curriculum designed to provide players with a clear and progressive pathway for improvement. Today, the academy focuses on delivering professional tennis coaching in the UAE, with programmes designed for beginners, recreational players, children, adults, and athletes looking to take their performance to the next level.
