Terms of Service
Terms and conditions for using the GoFrogi on-demand services platform in the UAE.
By using GoFrogi, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Intermediary role: GoFrogi is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent third-party Providers. GoFrogi is not the provider of the services and is not a party to the customer-Provider contract. Each Provider is solely responsible for its listings, the services it delivers (quality, safety, timeliness), its licences, and its own tax/VAT.
No liability for Provider obligations: to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, GoFrogi is not liable for the acts, omissions, debts, or financial or contractual obligations of any Provider, nor for service disputes between a customer and a Provider.
Guaranteed bookings: some Providers require a valid card to secure a booking. Card details are stored securely by our processor in tokenised form - GoFrogi does not store your card number.
Authorisation to charge: confirming a guaranteed booking and accepting these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy forms a binding electronic contract under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services, authorising GoFrogi to charge your saved card off-session for (a) the service on completion if you choose to pay by card, and (b) any no-show or late-cancellation fee under the Refund Policy. The amount is disclosed before you confirm.
Cancellations and no-show (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection): you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up, the Provider's no-show fee (a percentage of the service price, disclosed at booking) may be charged to your saved card. If the Provider cancels or cannot deliver, you are not charged and any amount collected is refunded.
Payments are facilitation only: GoFrogi acts solely as a technical facilitator through a licensed payment processor. Its payment responsibility is limited to correctly processing charges you have authorised and refunding amounts it collected under the Refund Policy; it does not assume the Provider's obligations. Collected funds may be held for a short clearance period before a Provider can withdraw them, and card chargebacks may be reclaimed from the Provider.
Vouchers and deals: vouchers sold through GoFrogi are prepaid entitlements to services offered by an independent Provider. The Provider - not GoFrogi - is responsible for honouring the voucher and delivering the underlying service. GoFrogi acts only as a technical facilitator that collects the purchase price through its licensed payment processor and remits it to the issuing Provider. Vouchers are single-use, valid for the period stated at purchase, and refundable only within the refund window disclosed at checkout (currently 7 days from purchase), as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You accept these voucher terms and that policy when you complete a purchase, forming a binding electronic contract under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021.
Disputes: you can dispute a charge from your account or the support centre; GoFrogi will review and refund where appropriate. Your statutory rights are preserved.
The platform is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses except where the law does not allow such limitations. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
