How GoFrogi collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform in the UAE.
We respect your privacy. This summary explains how we handle information when you use GoFrogi. For detailed questions, contact us through the support centre after signing in.
We process data needed to operate the marketplace: account details, booking and transaction records, messages you send through the platform, saved payment tokens, and usage data - to complete bookings, payments, no-show fees and payouts, and to meet our legal obligations (on the basis of contract and consent, under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data).
Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe (PCI-DSS certified). GoFrogi does not store your card number. We keep only secure tokens (a customer reference and a payment-method reference) needed to process the charges you have authorised.
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum necessary with the relevant Provider (your booking details), our payment processor, and infrastructure/analytics providers under confidentiality, or when required by law.
Some processors may process data outside the UAE with appropriate safeguards. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw payment authorisation by removing a saved card or declining guaranteed bookings, subject to any amounts already due.
We apply technical and organisational security measures and will notify you of a data breach where required by law. We may update this policy from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
