What is GoFrogi?
GoFrogi is the UAE's all-in-one platform to discover, book and buy from trusted local businesses — salons, clinics, garages, tutors, home services and more — across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and beyond.
Is GoFrogi free for customers?
Yes. Browsing, comparing and booking businesses on GoFrogi is completely free for customers.
How do I book a service?
Search for what you need, open a business listing, choose your service and a time that suits you, then confirm. You'll get a booking confirmation, and the business will reach out if anything needs adjusting.
Can I get services at home?
GoFrogi is a platform that connects you with local businesses — the businesses provide the services, not GoFrogi. Some of them (for example salons) offer home service in addition to appointments at their own location. When a business offers home service for what you're booking, you can choose it and add your address.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely by card online, or in person (cash/card) where the business offers it. Your invoice is available once payment is complete.
What are deals and vouchers?
Businesses can offer discounted deals and prepaid vouchers. You can buy a voucher on GoFrogi and redeem it with the business — a simple way to save on services you already use.
Can I leave a review?
Yes. After your service you can leave an honest rating and review (and add photos) to help other customers choose with confidence.

How do I list my business on GoFrogi?
Tap List Your Business, create your free account, add your services, photos, hours and location, then publish. You can start taking bookings and selling vouchers straight away.
How much does it cost?
Creating a listing is free to start, and GoFrogi charges 0% commission on your bookings and voucher sales — you keep 100% of what you sell.
What does 0% commission really mean?
Unlike platforms that skim 10–30% off every booking, GoFrogi takes no per-booking cut. The revenue you generate is yours; you withdraw it straight to your bank.
What can I manage from my dashboard?
Everything in one place — your listing, online bookings, staff, deals and vouchers, customer enquiries, payments and reports.
Can I add staff and manage their bookings?
Yes. You can add staff members, assign bookings, track their schedules and availability, and see per-staff performance and commission.
How do I get paid?
Collect card or cash payments for your services and vouchers, then withdraw your earnings to your bank account from the finance section of your dashboard.

GoFrogi covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the wider UAE, across categories including Beauty & Spa, Automotive, Health & Medical, Home Services, Education, Entertainment and Nightlife.

How is my information protected?
GoFrogi uses secure, encrypted connections for browsing and payments, and only verified business information is shown on listings.
