To enhance faculty development, we have implemented the TPS Instructional Supervisory Framework this year. This framework consists of both formative (non-evaluative) and summative (evaluative) assessments. It aims to establish performance benchmarks, collect data for formative evaluations of teachers' instructional skills, and boost competency, professionalism, and collaboration among educators through peer support. Additionally, we offer guidance in lesson planning, innovative strategies, and assessment techniques.
