It belongs to a global recruitment brand with offices in many countries, and its Dubai team connects UAE employers with both Emirati and expatriate candidates.
The agency focuses on Creative, Technology, AI, Cyber Security, Marketing and Sales positions. Its core hiring services are executive search, permanent recruitment, temporary staffing, contingent search, recruitment campaigns and overseas recruitment. These range from senior leadership appointments to short-term cover, and a dedicated Emirati talent service runs alongside them. In the AI field, Salt handles talent acquisition and management and gives employers strategic guidance.
Beyond hiring, the firm supplies outsourced staff and manpower, runs payroll outsourcing and provides HR consulting. Several specialist divisions operate under the Salt name.
