About HV Spa Happy Valley - JBR
HV Spa - JBR is the Jumeirah Beach Residence branch of Happy Valley Spa, a massage and spa centre in Dubai. It sits on the Plaza level of Bahar 2, behind Hilton Jumeirah Hotel, within the residential and beachfront JBR community. Happy Valley Spa also runs other branches across the city, including ones in DIP, at Millennium Airport Hotel and at Ibis Styles Dragon Mart Hotel. The JBR branch serves guests based in or visiting this part of Dubai.
The menu centres on body massage. The Thai full body massage is the core treatment, and guests can choose either oil or lotion. Pressure can be set to strong, medium or soft, so the session can be gentle or firm depending on what each guest prefers. For those who want more than a standard massage, the full body massage with scrub pairs relaxation with exfoliation of the skin in a single treatment. The four hands massage is a more immersive option, with two therapists working together at the same time during the session. Together, these treatments give guests a choice between a classic Thai massage, a treatment that also includes skin care, and a session with two therapists.
Appointments at the JBR branch can be arranged in advance through an online booking form, which lets guests choose their treatment before arriving at Bahar 2. The centre has a restroom, including one that is wheelchair accessible.
